The service learning projects I participated in were the Earth Month at the Watauga Library, the movie about climate change, the Archie Carnival, and I volunteered at family fun day at the elementary school my sister teaches at in High Point. When we were at the Watauga Library we made a poster for Earth Month which included facts on some professors in the geology department. It also had facts on multiple national parks around us. When I volunteered at family fun day at the elementary school my sister teaches at we helped run multiple stations for the students of her school. My favorite station that we worked at was the petting zoo. Things I would like to participate in the future are service opportunities with animals such as volunteering at the human society or the SPCA.
